On 25 November The Arches Restaurant, in collaboration with N. M. Arrigo Ltd proudly presented a night of authentic and exquisite Sicilian cuisine prepared by our guest *Michelin star chef Sig. Accursio Craparo of Ristorante La Gazza Ladra, Modica, Sicily, paired with wines of Azienda Agricola COS, Vittoria, Sicily. An introduction to these fine wines was given by the winery’s co-founder Sig. Giusto Occhipinti. Images of the event may be viewed above.
